Terms of Service

The terms that govern your use of the Huuddle platform and services.

Last updated: 1 June 2026

Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between Huuddle Ltd ("Huuddle", "we", "us") and the brand or individual using the Huuddle platform ("you"). By creating an account you agree to these Terms.

Services

Huuddle provides a subscriber acquisition platform that allows brands to acquire identity-verified, GDPR/PECR compliant subscribers and have them delivered into their CRM. The platform includes the Ad Manager, Atlas, CRM integrations and the compliance centre.

Account responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, the security of your account credentials and the actions taken under your account. You must not use the platform to acquire data for any purpose other than the brand named on the account.

Payment terms

You pay only for verified subscribers we deliver, at the CPS displayed in your Ad Manager. We bill weekly in arrears. All fees are exclusive of VAT and are payable within 14 days of invoice. We reserve the right to suspend the platform for overdue accounts.

Data ownership

You own every subscriber record delivered to your account from the moment of delivery. Huuddle acts as your data processor under the Data Processing Agreement that forms part of these Terms.

Acceptable use

You must not use the platform for unsolicited communications outside the consent the subscriber gave, for the acquisition of data on behalf of a different brand to the one named on the account, or in any way that breaches UK law including the Data Protection Act 2018 and PECR.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Huuddle's total liability under these Terms in any 12-month period is limited to the fees paid by you to Huuddle in that period. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
